Our philosophy for spending the money PGEA raises is to coordinate with teachers and administrators  and analyze what the school needs in terms of “staff vs. stuff.” PGEA’s role is to provide mostly “stuff,” e.g. equipment, software, learning materials, furniture, etc. That way, the school budget can be focused as  much as possible on paying for a well-rounded staff roster to meet the  needs of all children.
